Torte Shipping Information:

April through September, tortes are shipped in a stryofoam cooler with dry ice to maintain freshness. October through March, tortes are shipped in a styrofoam cooler with frozen gel paks to maintain freshness. Shipping and packaging expenses are INCLUDED in the torte cost. Products will be shipped via UPS unless the customer specifically requests another carrier. Please keep in mind that the prices may change slightly if another carrier is used. Due to limited delivery times, ground service delivery is only available for destinations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, portions of South Dakota and limited areas of Colorado.  All other destinations are primarily shipped 2nd Day Air. A maximum of 4 tortes may be delivered in a single package.   However, there is no limit to the number of packages that may be ordered by any single customer. Next Day Air delivery is available at an increased cost. Saturday deliveries are available in most urban areas. Sunday deliveries are unavailable.

QUESTIONS:

What if I need to get the package delivered by a certain date? If you need a package to reach it's destination by a certain date, enter that date in the appropriate place on the order form. While we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive by this date, we will strive to meet it if possible.   My package arrived with my product thawed, how do I know if the product is still good? Packages are packed with sufficient coolant to keep our product at a safe temprature for a 4 day period, most packages will arrive thawed.
